• Very professional sounding, scary. Damn, it’s songs like these that people should FEAR entering their tunes into a compo. I know I do. I could swear that guitar solo sounds sampled but the notes are all written out in plain view. Excellent job needless to say. Oh and karbon.it, ride.it, very nice job on you both! I enjoyed listening to this pack on a whole, gr00vy job by everyone considering there were no waste tunes this time around.
• Good breakbeat tune. Nice build up before the “main theme” starts. Nice work on the stringchords. Very warm and atmospheric feeling. The guitar part towards the end doesn’t fit at all but nevertheless well made. Originality counts!
• damn good track. eerie ambiance and great rythm. above and beyond the best of the pack. clearly the winner

• Zephyr’s “ride” has multiple personalities. It starts off as solid synthpop with a really nice bassline. Then in the middle, “ride” develops a serious attitude problem (i.e. FONKY clav work). After returning to the main premise for a bit, Zephyr speeds up the pace and brings us some new synthy premises with some junglism on the side, all the way to the end. Very good drum and bass work all around (as usual), some interesting chordal structure near the end, and after taking a look at where we started and where we ended, you can probably guess the significance of the title. Good work Zeph.
• zephyr really knows what´s doing! very well structured tune, with nice and soft melow lead, this music reached the maximum points from my part
• This gets thumbs up for me since it’s constructed perfectly, especially for such a darkened samplepack, plus the fact that most parts sounded just like tunes from my favourite c64 game, The Last Ninja! =D Long live the C64…and MODS yeah!
• this song simply has the coolest features in this whole votepack – bubbly atmosphere, blurbley bass lines, juicy tight leads, and lots of ideas. a real mellow piece without the harsh mixing and poor transitions that can easily destroy a mix like this. a great listen!
• Well thought out as usual from Zephyr. Not as Contrapuntal as some of his other entries I’ve heard, but still a good listen. My only critisisms are that the song keeps going back to that pattern with the ‘clap’ sound build up, and there is not much variety in the song.

• Out of all the songs I’d have to say yours was very well done. The lack of total repetitiveness is what saved you, otherwise I would’ve given Ride a higher rating Nice job on this Song. Some good use of the samples provided . As well as a nice melody, IMHO. Have you ever heard of the song Kefmania?

• Ummm. What can I say. It needs work Around half way through, I was beginning to hear something a like a bit .. but what I heard wasn’t enough to justify anything higher then a 6 .. Sorry dude .. Keep it up, you’ll get better in time .. I wish I could say the same for me

• The Name pretty much increases the repetitive concept of this music .. The melody, if it was a melody, didn’t sound even remotely in the same realm as the music. However, at the half-way mark it started to get more interesting .. with a nice beat, and a string style melody, not original .. but nicely done .. I would’ve up’d your score .. but the increase in bass render’d the rest of the music inaudible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my 4 – 12″ Subwoofers bounce so much at such a low volume .. Hmm, This is nice .. at the 4:30 mark .. Really starting to show some skill now .. Everything is nicely balanced out so I can hear it all .. Though not perfect, it is well done .. Because of this end, I’ll up my rating

• Noooooo!!! Not this groove style The Bass is a little to loud.. I like bass, but not this much .. The beginning was nicely done, but you seemed to have lost me through out the music ..

• It has a nice beat to it, reminds me of a rap song. Not exactly anywhere near my style of music ..

• Now that is good .. Some nice rythm .. a Resonable sense of melody .. A little repetitive .. Nice planed change’s in the music .. However, as I listen’d to it .. As I listened I noticed parts that just didn’t seem to be going at the same wave length as the song .. Some nice transitions however .. After the half way mark you start to show some real skill as it begin sounds really kewl! I must admit, I like some parts at the end alot .. This song remidns me of another song, hmmm Kefmania, I think .. a OLD, GOOD mod ..

• First thoughts, 6mins!!! AHHHHHHH!!! Really nice beat here, nicely bringing in parts to the music, good melody as well .. Rather repetitive .. I’ve almost listen’d through half of it, and I’m not bored yet That’s a good sigh .. I must admit, I didn’t get bored of this song .. Regardless of it’s repetitiveness, and, yikes, length .. The tune alittle after the middles sounded something like a mystery movie .. James Bond or something It seems like alot of people get some good stuff going at the end, and you definally got some good stuff going at the end .. Extremely well done melody; everything sounded well in place .. No doubt about the beat, it was all happening!

• This song has a nice beat to it .. And a interesting use of one of the samples, though I can’t remember which one However, you began to lose me throughout this song .. It was a interesting transition in the middle of the song.. Not exactly a favor’d tactic in my opinion.

• XM of the week? A very interesting title .. Not exactly one that gets on my good side .. A good beat .. Nicely brought into the music .. I don’t know really what to say .. It’s got some nice idea’s in it .. but, I donno about this one .. I just can’t seem to get into it ..
