Very cool tune. I really liked the offbeat rhythms it has. It's got lots of edge to it, some eerie dischordancy, but still a lot of melody. There are many little details that went into it, and a fair number of changes without really leaving from the general theme of the tune, which kept it from ever getting dull and also adds to the replay value.
This was realy a stylish tune! I liked it, so I placed it first. It was many bad tunes afterall, except for jcl's tune that was great too!
karmaphobic was the best track, hands down. good usage of panning, obviously a lot of editing with those sounds, and that distorted lead just topped it all. a lot of changes and just a good mood on top of that. how come all of the other tracks seemed to go boom-boom in the night?

Just a well done tune, not original, but well tracked. The fat chords are neat, and the tune itself isn't too monotonous. Sweet melodies and a good use of the samples/instruments. I'd have appreciated if ballistique and aymes took more risks in this piece though. Although it was predictable, I gave Four Stone Walls the highest rating because the mixing was good, the layering was well done, and the overall sound was... comfortable. Good job. Melody is everything in this tune, and I really liked what it has to offer. It does have some interesting rhythm bits to it that fit well, and makes nice use of the hat samples. Still, it's the melodic aspect that really appeals to me, and it creates a nicely textured background that works very well with the added beeper sample. TuneName: Somber.it Comments:
This was another great song, appealingly dark and making cool use of some of the effect and percussion samples to create a cool mood, one that fits its title perfectly (or rather, the title fits the song). My only problem with it is that it begins to get the slightest bit repetitive after a few listens. But still a great track. This is a very well done dark tune, which builds up a great deep feeling like in a nightmare. The only bad point is that the quality of the samples suffers from the need of large downsamplings. Maybe there should also be made more use of stereo capacities. Overall THE style I like most. TuneName: Zepgc38.it Comments:
Excellent tune overall.. I'm partial to tracked piano, and this piece kept my attention throughout. It has a very honky-tonk/jazzy feel to it, I love it! excellent mood is kept by the drums/piano combo.
