This groovy comp was hindered by Groove.org being down, so everything had to be done through email. The number of entries has shrunk dramatically! Hopefully the crowds will be back when Groove.Org is back...  hopefully it will be soong, or else I will start looking for another sponser web address and ftp site in one.

  • It's an appropriatley titled song, the imagery is good, and the chords really make the atmosphere of the song.. The one problem I have with this song is the excessive number of channels it uses. It leaves people with poor soundcards or slow cpu's at a disadvantage. All in all, a decent tune with a flowing melody out of a not-so-large votepack.

  • There was exactly one song in the votepack that i liked.. and i couldnt vote for it. Damn.
  • Voting was really easy this time. Wayfinder's tune was the best by far. It had some really interesting melodies and for the most part kept my attention. I think it could have been done with a lot less channels. Maybe he tracked his entry on a wavetable card and didn't realise he was using so many channels (55). It could be that people don't consider that a lot anymore. But anyhow, songs that have 20 logical channels and 55 physical ones aren't really my thing.
  • This tune simple stood out from the other entries, good mixing and catchy phrasing made this an easy pick for first place.
